- Installation Instructions: First, locate the spot welding position on the door check valve housing plate and drill out the spot welding with a 7/32 inch drill bit until the plate separates. Then remove the rubber spring and plastic lock buckle (2 check valves per door), paying attention to the installation method of the parts; Lubricate sliding plastic parts with dry lubricants (do not use petroleum based lubricants)
- Installation Instructions: Afterwards, use a new plastic lock buckle to reinstall the old rubber spring; If the old rubber spring cannot provide sufficient pressure, a gasket can be added behind it. Do not install the lock buckle and rubber spring too tightly onto the housing. Finally, reinstall it into the car. Once installed in the car, the bolts will secure the outer shell panels together. You do not need to spot weld the outer shell panel before reinstallation
