How Polynucleotides (PNs) Work Polynucleotides are thought to create a water-loving support structure within the skin. This helps strengthen the skin’s natural framework and may stimulate fibroblast cells (the cells that produce collagen). As a result, the skin may become better hydrated, more supported, and more balanced in how it handles movement and pressure.
Recommended Injection Areas for PN Treatment PN treatment is carefully placed in specific areas of the face for best results. It is commonly injected into: Forehead – small amounts are placed at each point. Cheeks – slightly larger amounts are used in this area. Around the eyes – very small amounts are used due to the delicate skin. Around the mouth – small, precise amounts are injected here as well. Each injection uses only a tiny amount of product, depending on the area being treated. This ensures safe, even and natural-looking results.
